Payment must be completed in full before orders are processed and shipped. De Mortselarij reserves the right to refuse or cancel an order if payment is not received or if fraud is suspected.
We ship our products exclusively within Belgium. We do not offer international shipping.
All products sold by De Mortselarij are canned beers. Orders are packed carefully to ensure safe transport of cans in accordance with Belgian shipping and consumer regulations.
Orders are typically processed within a reasonable timeframe after payment confirmation. Delivery times may vary depending on the destination and the shipping partner. Estimated delivery times are indicative and not guaranteed.
Shipping costs are calculated during checkout and clearly communicated before payment. De Mortselarij is not responsible for delays caused by external factors such as courier issues, weather conditions, or force majeure.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete delivery information. Any additional costs resulting from incorrect delivery details may be charged to the customer.
In accordance with Belgian and EU consumer law, customers have the right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 calendar days from the day they receive the goods, without providing a reason.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, the customer must notify De Mortselarij in writing (e.g. by email) within this period.
Returned products must:
Be unused and unopened
Be in their original packaging
Be returned within 14 days after notifying withdrawal
Please note that opened cans or damaged products cannot be returned, for reasons of hygiene, safety, and product integrity.
Return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless the return is due to an error on our part or a defective product.
Refunds will be processed within the legally required timeframe after receipt and inspection of the returned goods.
At De Mortselarij, quality and safety are at the heart of everything we do.
All our beers are brewed in accordance with Belgian food safety regulations and comply with the standards set by the Federal Agency for the Safety of the Food Chain (FAVV / AFSCA).
Our products contain alcohol and are intended exclusively for adults aged 18 years and older. By placing an order on our website, the customer confirms that they meet the legal drinking age.

Protect from direct sunlight and heat
Serve according to the style recommendations when possible
As our beers are craft products, natural variations between batches may occur. This is part of the artisanal brewing process and does not affect product safety.
